Event inquiries

The email request planner prepares an email for you to review and send through your own email application. Filling out that planner alone does not send your information to emorbe. We use the details you share by email or phone to respond and discuss your event.

Online reservations

Where native checkout is enabled, continuing to checkout saves your name, email, event details, painting choice, accepted terms, and temporary reservation in our booking database. Staff use this information to arrange your gathering. A private link lets you return to your confirmation; keep that link private.

Class registrations and email

Registering for a scheduled class saves your name, email, seat count, payment choice, accepted terms and registration status. Pay-at-the-door registration reserves seats without an online charge. We use Microsoft 365 to send registration updates and admin sign-in links. Admin-uploaded event images are public when the event is published. Customer reference photos remain private.

Private craft requests and quotes

The private craft request form saves your contact information, chosen project, guest count, preferred date/time and notes. Staff can send a quote and temporarily hold a date. We retain accepted quote details, payment/refund status and attendance for managing your booking. Guest management links exchange for a short-lived essential cookie and can be revoked by staff. Keep these links private. Event reminders and material booking updates are transactional messages, not marketing subscriptions.

Reference photographs

Photos selected in the email request planner stay in your browser until you attach them to your email. In native checkout, your selected reference photo is uploaded privately with your booking for staff and instructor review. It is not added to the public painting collection.

Payments

Square provides the secure card fields and processes payments when checkout is enabled. Our site receives a payment status, payment identifier, and receipt link. It does not receive or store your card number or security code. Sandbox previews use test payments and do not reserve actual venue dates.

Website delivery and essential storage

Vercel hosts the website and may process technical request information to deliver and secure it. The booking database stores reservation details. Essential browser storage helps you resume checkout, and a secure cookie keeps authorized staff signed in. We have not added advertising trackers or marketing cookies.
